How to use the feedback manager?

The feedback manager enables you to identify directly which customer has left or not left feedback, and to send feedback reminders to those who have not yet evaluated your service.

 

 

The meaning of the symbols is the following:

 

means that the customer did not evaluate your service.
   
appears when the evaluation of the customer is positive.
   
appears when the customer was partly unsatisfied with your service.
   
appears when the customer was not satisfied with your service.

 

If you move your mouse over the symbol you will see the details of the evaluation the customer gave you.

 

If you have many orders with the symbol
, you have the possibility to send a feedback reminder to all
customers which did not evaluate your service by choosing this option in the e-mail menu.
